About Sandra Anderson
Sandra Anderson I am blessed to live in the South Carolina Low Country where the abundance of nature, landscapes, seascapes, architecture and historic sites produce a never ending supply of subjects and inspiration. I have a special passion for photographing the vanishing culture of the area such as tobacco barns, old houses and examples of by gone days. For centuries this was agricultural, first with indigo, then rice and finally tobacco. Now with the growing population, much of the past is disappearing under strip malls, housing developments or just falling down, so the need to preserve these treasures in photographs is great. I also enjoy nature, landscape, architectural and travel photography. I am an award winning self...

Thanks so much for the comments. I have a special love for capturing this vanishing culture before it is gone. Sadly this train car is headed for the scrap heap soon.

LOVE IT Sandra. Looks like we make it to a lot of the same places. This old beauty is fantastic. You captured it well. The old Louisville & Nashville line. F/V :)
