Charleston is noted for its many amazing and unique wrought iron gates through the city. St. John's is one of the most beautiful. Charleston is called the "Holy City" because of it many churches.

I have a special passion for photographing the vanishing culture of the area such as tobacco barns, old houses and examples of by gone days. For centuries this was agricultural, first with indigo, then rice and finally tobacco.
